Role 3 BMETs

by Peggy Trujillo

This is a story I did while in Afghanistan about the Biodmedical Equipment Technicians at the Role 3 hospital in Kandahar.

Biomedical Equipment Technicians, commonly referred to as BMETs, play a special part on the military medical care team. Petty Officer Peggy Trujillo tells us about what deployed BMETs are doing at the NATO Role 3 hospital at Kandahar Airfield in Afghanistan. Includes sound bites from Petty Officer 1st Class Jessie Newton and Petty Officer 1st Class Paul Mcinnis, Biomedical Equipment Technicians. Also available in high definition.
